God is moving and you’re invited to be a part of the change at TCF. Come on out and see for yourself. Worship begins at 10:00 on Sunday morning.
We typically sing 5 or 6 songs with a blend of modern and current by artists such as Chris Tomlin and Jesus Culture, as well as some classics and hymns.
It’s our goal to teach through the Bible in a chapter-by-chapter and verse-by-verse model, and we’re currently on a journey through the book of Acts. On occasion, we’ll break from this model and teach on a specific area that we feel the Lord leading us to walk through in scripture.
Have you heard...?
Have you heard the Good News (the Gospel) of Jesus Christ? If you haven’t, please keep reading. This is the most important thing you’ll ever contemplate... and the most important decision you’ll ever make.
God created us to be with Him... to have fellowship with Him. Unfortunately, we have a natural tendency to try to do things our own way. Many times our own way is in conflict with the way God wants us to be. When we do things our own way and not God's way, it’s called sin.
The Bible says in Romans 3:23 that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God". Everyone on earth has sinned. This sin separates us from God. Romans 6:23 tells us that "the wages of sin is death". The price that has to be paid for sin is death. Everyone is accountable for his or her own sin. Ezekiel 18:20 puts it this way: "The soul who sins shall die".
Think of it this way... you have a one-way plane ticket to your destination... paradise... eternity. When you arrive at the destination (or the end), you get off the plane and go to baggage claim to pick up your luggage. You can’t pick up anyone else’s luggage... only your own. And visa versa... they can’t pick up your luggage... only what belongs to them. But you must pick it up... there’s no leaving luggage at the airport.
Sin is just like that. At the end of this journey, we have to give an account for our “luggage”... or our sin... what we did with this life. We can’t pretend it doesn’t exist: that’s not how it works. Through the acceptance of Jesus Christ and what He did for us on the cross, He then carries our luggage... or better yet, bears our sins.
Not only that, and most importantly, Jesus longs to have a relationship with you. If you’d like to know more about a relationship with Jesus Christ, please get in touch with us today.
Don’t delay!
